This page explains what information Fervores collects when you browse food-and-drink.html, read up on the wood-fire kitchen, or write in through say-hi.html to book a table. The short version: we collect almost nothing beyond a reservation request, and we never sell or trade it.
What we collect
Writing in through say-hi.html to book a table hands us only what you type — your name, your email, and the party size and date you want. There is no account system, no loyalty profile, and no hidden record beyond that message.
Purposes
What you send through say-hi.html is used to confirm your table and nothing else — not to build a dining profile, not for automated recommendations, not passed to any other business.
Cookies
the-notebook.html and the rest of this site run no trackers. One browser setting is saved locally — the fact that you dismissed the cookie notice — and clearing it simply brings the notice back on your next visit.
Sharing
No third party receives your reservation details from Fervores — not a marketing agency, not a "restaurant discovery" partner, not in aggregate. The only exception is a lawful order we cannot refuse.
How long we keep it
A booking request is kept only until the evening it covers has passed and any follow-up is settled, after which it is deleted. Records we are legally required to keep for tax purposes are kept for the statutory period and no longer.
What you can ask of us
Ask any time what Fervores holds on you from a booking, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion — write to hola@fervores.com and we will act on it once we have confirmed it is really you asking, not the table next to you.
Protection
Booking messages sit in an access-protected mailbox behind the reservations desk, readable only by the staff who need to seat you and take your order — never a wider marketing list.
