Fervores publishes fervores.com — the menu on food-and-drink.html, the booking form on say-hi.html, and the rest of this site — under the plain terms below. Using it means you agree to them.

Copyright

The dish descriptions on food-and-drink.html and the kitchen photographs across this site belong to Fervores unless a source is credited. Browsing the menu before your visit is what it is for; republishing our photographs or wine-list copy commercially requires our written consent.

Prices and availability

The seasonal menu on food-and-drink.html changes with what is fresh, and prices, opening hours, and table availability can shift before the page catches up. The price and time you rely on are always the ones confirmed when you book through say-hi.html or by phone.

Reservations and private bookings

A table booking is confirmed once we reply to your say-hi.html message with a time and party size; a larger private booking of the wood-fire room is agreed individually, in writing, before the date is held. Nothing on the menu page by itself guarantees a table.

Limits of responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Fervores accepts no liability for indirect losses arising from the use of fervores.com or a booking made through it. Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions should flag them when booking through say-hi.html so the kitchen can advise before your visit, not after.

Changes to these terms

These terms can be revised from time to time, much like the seasonal menu itself. The current version always lives at this address, and continued use of fervores.com means acceptance of it.

Applicable law

Fervores is registered at Horikiri, Katsushika City, Tokyo, and these terms are governed by the law that applies there; disputes fall to the competent courts covering that address.
